SCF technology seminar: abberior MINFLUX workshop

MINFLUX is the most precise and most photon-efficient way of localizing fluorescent molecules.

The Single Cell Facility at ETH Zürich D-BSSE in Basel is hosting the Technology Seminar abberior MINFLUX Workshop on 3rd April 2025. Join the workshop and learn how the single molecule technique MINFLUX can resolve structures in 3D with localization precision of down to 2-3 nm or track molecule movement with unprecedented spatio-temporal resolution.

The workshop will include presentations about MINFLUX theory, sample preparation, and the usage of the abberior MINFLUX in the Single Cell Facility. In addition, guest scientist Dr. Elisa D’Este from the MPI for Medical Research in Heidelberg will give a talk on how MINFLUX microscopy contributes to her neurobiological research. The presentations will be followed by demonstrations of MINFLUX acquisitions in smaller groups at the abberior MINFLUX in the Single Cell Facility.
